New Flipside Hats!!

Wahoo! New hats!! And now we have hats for MAMA! How stinking cute are these?! I just adore Kori of Flipside hats, I love working with her, and I LOVE her hats! She designed these just for us. I'm so proud to be able to carry them. They are reversible, so each hat is really TWO hats. The chocolate brown with the red star is the boys' hat - it reverses to a dark denim with a red, white, and blue stripe.
Yum.
Yum.
YUM!

Cupcakes and Blue Toenails

Miss Mae's real birthday was on Saturday, and to celebrate, we made cupcakes and went to have our toes done. She picked out this lovely, pearly blue, and had her finger nails done, too. She sat on my lap the whole time, and simply loved every minute of it! She kept saying how much she loved getting her toes done, and how much she loved her birthday, and how much she loved ME. It was a gift of a day. I'll hold on to it forever.
We also made cupcakes. They were goofy mix-in-a-box cupcakes, but I thought she would like pink polka dots. Why do box cakes have that strange chemical taste?? I made a real cream cheese frosting, though, and the kids decorated them with ziplock pastry bags and as many sprinkles as we could find. NEXT time, I swear, I'm going to make a real cake.

New Hairclips!

We just got these new clips! Aren't they just darling? There are 10 different prints, from matryoshka dolls to flowers to little baby bird tracks, and they come in pony tail holders, as well. A terribly talented lady from corvallis, oregon makes them by hand! I'm photographing them today as much as I can, and I'll have the rest up on the website, too.

I'm having a terrible time not just keeping them all for my daughter! They are so great!

Oscar's baby clothes quilt

I have a mountain of sweet onesies with stains I've been working on so long, that they don't fit Baby O. anymore! I thought it would be the perfect thing to chop them all into squares and make a quilt. And genious miss hillary did it years ago! I love that she used the white as an entire square - I was wondering what to do with the white!

I have little piles from each of my three kids.... Do I make one for each of them? or one for me with all three? hmmmm...
